WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM A JOB POSTING PLATFORM?

Job posting services and job boards usually don't contain information that can help women and people of color get a sense of what the true work environment is like for organizations. With Diversa, we gather information about our partnering companies that give potential candidates a better sense of what a "day in the life" is like with the company. This helps make matching between the company and candidates a better fit.
